You can pay by PayPal, Credit Card or BACS.

Using PayPal couldn't be simpler. Just select PayPal at the checkout and follow the prompts. It's free to use (we pay the fees) and easy to create an account if you don't have one.

You can pay using a credit card or debit card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this – you can use a credit card in the checkout process. The PayPal process allows you to pay using your credit card in a secure way.

If you prefer to pay by BACS no problem. Just select BACS as the payment method and email us by replying to your order once you've paid.

The website calculates this based on weight at checkout. This is the only way to see the cost of postage. You will see your shipping cost before you checkout and pay.

All shown prices include any VAT at the current rate. Your final invoice will show the VAT content.

In the UK, yes! (This includes NI, Scottish Islands, other UK islands.)

Yes we do. If you are sourcing from a country outside the UK and have a shipping agent consolidating your consignment, we can help. We also are able to source building products not listed on this website. Just ask and we'll see if we can help.

Most of our order made before 12 noon are sent next day delivery and in most shipments to mainland UK addresses that's the case.

If you have an urgent need for a product please contact us and we may be able to use a special courier.

Yes we do deliver to Republic of Ireland.

We are based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent. We are soon offering a Click and Collect service from our warehouse. In the meantime please contact us to double check.
